HBO is a “Subscription” Service. You will not be able to just watch it on the Internet unless you know someone who has a Mobile App that allows the service to stream but even then that person would have to have a paid account.
Perhaps someone will do as you ask and submit to Youtube. The only other alternative is to Google “SourceForge, Ares”….If you find this–it may be possible to obtain the new episodes within a couple of days but that is only a theory.
