i have seen a lot of road rage incidents that have resulted in physical violence, why is this so prevalent and acceptable in our country???

Violence is in their blood .Every movie they watch there is violence . In SA they can get away with it the Police are incompatent , I was there for a week on business no one wants to beleive me in the UK that everyone is a law unto themselves I’m referring to the drivers on the roads. During that week I never saw a traffic policemen . It’s normal to see drivers drive through red traffic lights . Cars that should be on the scrap heap pass you at high speed. I wonder if it’s any different in African states.
